We offer worldwide shipping via Air post packet, DHL, FedEx, EMS etc. International free shipping(Air post, under 2KG weight and USD100 value of item limited), please check the shipping rate by your delivery address. If your delivery address is not able in the list, please send us an email to check the shipping rate for you. Delivery time 1. Air post: Estimated 7~25 days, mostly takes 2 or 3 weeks. 2. DHL, FeEx: Estimated 3~8 days 3. EMS and Priority delivery: Estimated 4~20 days We normally need 1~4 business days to prepare your order and hand over to the carrier. Note: It may delay caused by weather condition, vacations, sales campaigns, workers strike, terrorist attack, customs office or carrier processes etc.

Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB most popular credit cards and some debit cards. If you don't have these card accounts, please send an email to us. We can accept bank T/T wire transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram.

We normally don't charge import taxes from our customers, only charge if the carriers charge from sender. Every country has different import tax regulations and standards to different products. So, the customers need to pay import taxes if in case your local customs office charges. But most countries have a free tax for private purchasing if the order value is under a certain amount. You can inquire these information from your local customs office for the details.

We strictly choose many good review products to sell. So don't worry. We will check the product again and pack it well before shipping out. If there is a quality issue(Normal usage) after the customer received the products in 14 days, we can accept for a return. If it's not a quality issue of product to return, the customer needs to pay all shipping charges. And the taxes will not be refund(in case, if the customer was charged taxes by local custom office in some countries). The product must be new, original label and package when you send it back to us. Some products are not accepted for a return(for example pants, underwear etc.)
